About the Houston Energy Corridor
Memorial Drive meanders across West Houston along the northern banks of Buffalo Bayou. Excellent neighborhoods, walking, shopping, and dining opportunities abound in this area. Terry Hershey Park is a gorgeous sanctuary in the city, providing miles and miles of walking and biking trails along the bayou.
Huge employment centers to the immediate north and east of this area assure strong growth of this stable housing market.
Homes
Many IDX providers allow you to create saved searches to link to. This can be for homes based on price range or property characteristics.
Schools
Two school districts dominate the Energy Corridor area. Houston ISD is located generally south of Buffalo Bayou, and Spring Branch ISD to the north. Although both districts offer an excellent education, Spring Branch ISD schools certainly rank among the very top schools in the state.
